Order Processing

At Fire Sense/Patio Sense we process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. You will always receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking number for your order.

Low Price Guarantee

If you see any product offered on our website at a lower price on any other web site, simply contact our customer service department and we will beat that price by 10%. It is that simple.

Free Standard Shipping

At standard shipping to the lower 48 states is always free...always. It does not get any easier than that. You will always know exactly what you will pay the second you view our products. No hidden charges, no hassles.

Expedited Shipping

We understand that sometimes you need a product faster than using standard shipping. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping and one of our sales representatives will get you an expedited shipping price.


Should you order one of our products and it arrives damaged, simply call our customer service center and we will replace the damaged part free of charge. You pay nothing. If a replacement part will not fix the problem then we will ship you another unit free of charge. Once again, you pay nothing. Returns by no fault of and its shipper after 30 days of the original date of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee, which covers the original cost of shipping the order to the customer.
