Order Processing

At Balkene Home, we process all orders within 1-2 days of receipt, Monday through Friday. You will always be sent an e-mail with the tracking information for your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

Free Standard Shipping

At shop.firesense.com, standard shipping to the lower 48 states is always free. It doesn't get easier than that! You will always know exactly what you will pay the moment you view a product listing. No hidden charges, no hassles.

Expedited Shipping

We understand that sometimes you need a product faster than using standard shipping. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping and one of our sales representatives will get you an expedited shipping price.

Defective Items

Should a product arrive damaged, simply call our customer service center and we will replace the damaged part free of charge. You pay nothing. If a replacement part will not fix the problem, we will ship you another unit free of charge. Once again, you pay nothing.

Returns & Refunds

Change of heart? For purchases through shop.firesense.com / www.balkenehome.com, we gladly accept returns of all non-final-sale items in new condition with original packaging. Email cservice@welltraveled.net to request a return authorization. In your email, please include your order # or proof of purchase and reason for return. We are unable to process returns without proof of purchase.

Items purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned to the retailer.

You may return your package via the shipper of your choice. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Please include your original packing slip or your order information to expedite the refund process.

How to Return a Purchase

  • Contact our Customer Service department at (866) 985-7877 or email cservice@welltraveled.net to initiate a return. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
  • If your item was damaged on arrival, please provide a photo. 
  • If your item is eligible for return, you will receive instructions on documentation to include in the return package. 
  • Please re-package your return carefully. Any damage during return shipping is your responsibility. 
  • Purchase a return shipping label through the carrier of your choice.
